Функциональные обязанности: Моторист подчиняется распоряжениям и указаниям начальника инженерной службы и несет перед ним непосредственную ответственность за содержание судна и его оборудования в надлежащем состоянии. Моторист должен иметь достаточное представление об опасностях, связанных с работой, чтобы без вреда для себя и окружающих выполнить любое порученное задание. Основные обязанности: Выполнение поручений начальника инженерной службы в соответствии с политикой и указаниями компании. Изучение и выполнение производственных процедур по охране труда, технике безопасности и охране окружающей среды в рамках выполняемой работы. Использование спецодежды и средств защиты в соответствии с установленными требованиями. Информирование непосредственного руководства о любых опасных ситуациях и при необходимости предупреждать коллег об опасности для сохранности их здоровья. Содержать ручные инструменты и оборудование в исправном рабочем состоянии и сообщать о любых неисправностях непосредственному руководителю. Сообщать начальнику инженерной службы обо всех, даже незначительных, происшествиях, а также об угрозе их возникновения. Участие в собраниях, организованных отделом ОТ и ТБ. Участие в промо-мероприятиях отдела ОТ и ТБ. Участие в учениях по технике безопасности и выполнение назначенных заданий во время подобных учений. Постоянное выполнение своих обязанностей в качестве моряка. Тщательное ознакомление с возложенными обязанностями при проведении учений и ликвидации последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций. Соблюдение личной гигиены, включая одежду, использование защитной формы и поддержание жилых помещений в чистоте и исправном санитарном состоянии. Незамедлительное информирование начальника инженерной службы / старшего помощника о наличии каких-либо личных медицинских проблем или травм. Поддержание в рабочем состоянии машинного отделения и всего оборудования и инструментов. Подчинение всем законным командам и соблюдение дисциплины. Появление на борту в установленное время. Требования: Аттестат о среднем образовании или морская подготовка. Обязательное прохождение курсов по безопасности ПДНВ-2010. Документ моряка торгового флота или сертификат C.D.C., или трудовая книжка моряка. Подтверждение опыта работы в должности моториста. Опыт не менее 2 лет в области мореплавания. Развитая письменная и устная речь на английском языке. Looking for our Client: Senior Well Engineer Location: Qatar Schedule: 5/2 Job Description • Plan and prepare for rigless well work operations in production and injection wells operated by Company meeting the Company's target in an engineered and in the most cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest level of safety, environmental and security compliance. Job Purpose • Reports to Head of Well Engineering. Internal • Works closely with Well Engineers, Well Engineering Specialists and Well Operations Specialists in Well Intervention Division. • Frequent interaction with Onshore and Offshore Operations, Drilling & Completion, Petroleum Engineering, Maintenance, SEQ, Subsurface Quality, Engineering,Supply & Logistics teams. External • Frequent contacts with Contractors and Service Companies. Reporting and Relationships Job Context & Major Challenge(s) • Applies business judgement utilizing well engineering elements to plan and prepare for a safe and efficient rigless well work operation. • Occasionally require to travel offshore/onshore well sites to capture improvement opportunities in rigless well work operation. • Supports for well emergencies. If required, on 24 hour call-out standby rotation to respond and to mobilize equipment and personnel to Field Operations. • As defined for this job level in the Delegation of Authority and/or approved budget. Develop the Annual Wellwork Plan interacting with company Stakeholders and services companies. Continuously monitor the progress of wellwork and change/modify the wellwork plan, if needed, with the concurrence of company Stakeholders. Coordinate with Onshore and Offshore Operations, Maintenance Project teams, Drilling & Completions, Petroleum Engineering, SEQ, Warehouse and other disciplines to maximize well utilization, minimize well downtime, efficient planning for execution of wellwork activities. 2. Prepare for all rigless wellwork operations in wells to ensure all resources are available to implement the Annual Wellwork Plan in a safe and efficient manner. 3. Conduct pre-job meeting with company stakeholders, contractors and service companies to ensure resource availability to implement rigless well work operations as per Annual Well work Plan. Identify the feedback from post-job review meetings and implement the findings in future wellwork and processes. 4. Coordinate with Supply Department for initiating wellwork contracts to ensure all wellwork services contracts are timely available to implement rigless Annual Wellwork plan. 5. Establish post-award contracts processes including Instruction to Proceed, Contractor Performance Evaluation, and release of Performance Guarantee. Examine contractor invoices, monitor expenditure of service contracts to ensure cost control of contracts. 6. Prepare/develop an effective Integrated Standard WellWork Intervention Manual (SWIM) to ensure all rigless well work systems and processes are technically sound and in accordance with QG and International standards. 7. Identify new technologies, tools and latest industry developments. Recommend continuous improvement initiatives through application of state-of-the-art technology and practices to improve wellwork efficiency. 8. Conduct any well engineering studies assigned by Head of Well Engineering and recommend the most appropriate course of action. 9. Provide support to new Projects during project planning phase and initial start-up to ensure compatibility with design requirement 10. Prepare annual budget & budget forecast for the division incorporating costs of planned rigless wellwork. Check rigless well work expenses against planned wellwork budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the annual wellwork plan. Person Specification-Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Natural Gas, Mechanical). Qualifications 8 years' experience in wellwork operations in the oil and gas industry, including at least 5 years' experience in rigless wellwork operations, either offshore or onshore wells. Wellwork experience in high pressure, high temperature, and toxic gas wells in offshore environment. Knowledge and understanding of the following well engineering disciplines: Wellhead, Tree & Surface Equipment, Subsurface Equipment, Cased hole and Production Logging, Well and tubular design, Rigless wellwork equipment including Pressure Control Equipment, Well Barrier requirement. Knowledge of software applications related to subsurface data acquisitions (Well View,Emraude,Saphir) Familiar with Well Integrity Management: Sustained Casing Pressure Management, Wellhead/X-mas Tree and Down Hole Safety Valve Testing & Maintenance. IWCF Level-4 certified. Knowledge and/or Experience Proficient in written and spoken English. Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills. Excellent analytical, interpretative and constructive thinking skills. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
