Мы ищем в команду специалиста, Комьюнити-менеджера, который будет выстраивать качественную коммуникацию с аудиторией бренда. Что нужно делать: обеспечивать постинг согласно утвержденному контент-плану; обрабатывать комментарии, входящие запросы в DIrect; участвовать в разработке стратегий и новых предложений для клиента; проводить мониторинг и анализировать результаты, собирать отчеты по реализованным проектам; проводить прямые эфиры и конкурсы. Какими навыками и опытом важно обладать: тайм-менеджмент на высоком уровне, грамотная письменная речь на русском и казахском языках, знание английского языка будет плюсом; опыт на позиции community менеджера или на релевантной позиции, в медиа, агентстве от 1 года; развитые коммуникативные навыки; высокая организованность и чувство дисциплины; умение работать в режиме многозадачности, соблюдать дедлайны; эмпатия и немного чувства юмора.
