Key Responsibilities: Implement AIFC's digitalization strategy to enhance IT services and drive efficiency. Perform additional duties assigned by Line Manager and AIFCA's management. Effectively plan and deploy project managers, ensuring resource optimization. Act as a project management coach and advisor for teams and senior colleagues. Provide comprehensive project reporting for the IT Steering Committee. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in science, IT, project management, engineering, business, or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis. Proven project management skills with experience leading complex projects or programs. Excellent planning and organization skills at both strategic and operational levels. Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., SDLC) and process redesign. Experience in preparing business and functional requirements for software. Recognized project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, AMP) is an advantage. Computer skills: MS Project, Visio, MS Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI), SharePoint, Bitrix; configuration/automation skills are advantageous. Database management system and query language skills are a plus. Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Kazakh, and Russian. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice, interpretation, and guidance on contracts, regulatory requirements, and other business matters to the AIFC Authority and its subsidiaries. Review drafts of internal documents, contracts, agreements, memoranda, resolutions, orders, and other AIFC Authority documents. Participate in the development of AIFC Authority policies and procedures, and contribute to various working groups and committees as directed by the Director of Legal Support Department. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, appeals. Prepare analytical papers on essential legal issues. As a Senior Manager in the Legal Development Department, you will: Participate and provide legal review of AIFC Acts or amendments to the AIFC Acts in collaboration with other Structural Units of the AIFCA. Review drafts of AIFC Acts circulated for approval by the Structural Units of the Department or the AIFCA or, if required, by other AIFC Bodies. Conduct a comparative analysis of international benchmarks for the Acting Law of the AIFC and make proposals on its further development. Interact with consultative and advisory bodies, external experts of the AIFCA, and other AIFC stakeholders on matters related to Legal Development Department activities. Perform other duties necessary to accomplish tasks of the Legal Development Department.
